There's a green dot on the main map of OUtopia, and another showing on Open University. Neither is me. They don;t show on the mini-map and I can't actually see anyone around.
Am I going mad?

HALLOWEEN PREPARATIONS by Kickaha Wolfenhaut

Halloween preparations are well underway, although there's still plenty to do. The Bone Collector treasure hunt is all ready, and I'm just decorating my house, but the ghost train is another story.
The nice train I bought for the SchomeBase Art Exhibition has gone AWOL from my inventory, so I'll have to buy another or build one from scratch (eek!)
I've seen some of the other decorations on OUtopia and they're great. Commander tells me we can expect spooky goins-on at The Open Arms too.
